20181111 Weekly Update

As expected, once InkTober was complete, new challenges arose as NaNoWriMo took off.  I am now writing the finale of The Orb series trilogy and hope to get the first draft complete by monthโ€™s end.  There are many things to complete before the month is over and before the year concludes but I am working diligently to stay on top of the challenges of each day.

I am including one of the chapter illustrations to the Ripples of Mind revision that will be updated and released by yearโ€™s end.  This will be accompanied by the release of all other books with the exception of The Orb, which I will begin to revise immediately at the beginning of the Year.  As soon as it is complete, I will have the new cover and illustrations underway for The Orb and as the next book of the Linkes series is released, I will begin the new year with a challenging goal I intend to meet:  Releasing two books a year for foreseeable future.

Reflections of Shadow will be the first book to kick off the trend followed by book two of The Orb titled Sphere of Darkness.  Next year, the following book of the Linked series will be released and soon after, the final book of The Orb series will be published.

Throughout this time, I intend to have advertisements, trailers and blogs released beginning in January.  It will be a brave new year for me with an end goal in mind for the year 2020.  (Fingers crossed I can meet every goal and every challenge.)  Onwards!

Below is the illustration for Chapter 3 of Ripples of Mind.  I will post this on my Facebook page dedicated to my drawings.  This will also be a part of my work as 2018 concludes and 2019 is born.  Cheers! ๐Ÿ˜Š

My Insta-fave this time around is one I loved taking.  No picture captures the amazing views seen in person, but even so, the sights are magnificent to behold. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Always look ahead to the horizon where dreams will come true, stories will be told and victory will be ours. Onwards! +

My Facebook fave this week is an update request from one of our NaNoWriMo participants.  (I am not good at being interrogated.) ๐Ÿ˜Š

Question: NaNoWriMo Check in.  How many words have you written so far?

My Answer: Two. No. Four! Wait. What day is this? I thought falling asleep on my keyboard would be a good thing but I ended up with a single word thousands of characters long and keyboard face for nothing. Ah, writing life… ๐Ÿคช

Final personal note:  The year seems to be revving up to be an especially hectic one and I am becoming excited with the prospect of the new challenges.  I am working on trailers for each book and will have an editor working on my books from now on.  The insight and assistance is invaluable.  I may also take another shot at getting myself traditionally published although I want to get as much under my belt as possible, so I know the process before allowing someone else to take the helm.   We shall see.

May we all find the path to success and discover the process that will lead us with great dreams, many smiles and enduring passion.  Onwards! ๐Ÿ˜Š
